Dale's Delicious Stew

4-5 large potatoes

5 medium carrots

1 medium onion

1 large bell pepper (green)

1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes

1 14 oz. can water

1½ t. salt (can cut way back!)

1 t. garlic powder

1 t. oregano

1 t. celery salt

1 t. cumin

1 t. Italian seasoning

1 t. parsley

¼ t. pepper (optional)

1 T. honey

1½ t. olive oil

 

Dice potatoes, just cover with water, bring to boil, then to Med.-High.  Cook for about 10 minutes, add sliced carrots.  Cook about 5 minutes, add diced onions and bell pepper.  Cook about 3-5 minutes, add all the rest and simmer at least 15 minutes.
