Meatballs

2 lbs. lean ground beef

1 lb. ground pork

Add-

½ cup Italian style breadcrumbs

1 tsp salt for every pound of meat

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp minced onion

½ tsp dried parsley

1 egg per pound of meat

Sprinkle garlic salt

 

Mix with hands – if too mushy sprinkle in more breadcrumbs.  Cook in sauce.
