Cream Cheese Mints

2 #  Powdered Sugar
8 oz cream cheese
Oil of Peppermint flavoring, or any other flavor, at least 1 tsp or to your taste

In a large mixing bowl, blend Powdered sugar, cream cheese until well blended. Add flavoring. Continue to mix and kneed as for pie dough. Divide dough into 4 portions, and then add food coloring to desire color, or can be left as 1 batch and color. Roll into small balls the size of a marble. Dip each ball into granulated sugar and place in rubber mold. Unmold at once and place on waxed paper to dry.
After using the molds, wash in plain warm water and let dry. DO NOT ALLOW OIL OR SOAP TO COME IN CONTACT WITH THE MOLDS.
