White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Crust:

1 c. graham cracker crumbs

3 tbsp. sugar

¼ c. melted butter

 

Cake:

1 can raspberry pie filling

2 c. white chocolate chips

½ c. half and half

3 – 8 oz. cream cheese

½ c. sugar

3 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla

 

Preheat oven to 350oF.  Mix crust ingredients together and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan (bottom of pan may be lined with parchment paper).  Bake 10-15 min.  Cool.
