Frozen Cranberry Salad

1 pound cranberries -- ground (use a grinder,  

     blender, or food processor)
2 cups crushed pineapple (drained)
1 cup miniature marshmallows
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts (opt.)
1 pint whipping cream

In a large bowl together cranberries, pineapples, sugar, marshmallows, and nuts.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.

Whip cream and fold into cranberry mixture.

Pour into paper lined muffin or tassie pans or into a 9" X 13" dish.
Cover and freeze. 

Yield--about 2-3 dozen muffin size salads.
