Pineapple Drop Cookies

4 cups flour

½ tsp. salt

1 tsp. baking soda

1 cup butter

2 cups sugar

2 eggs

1 can crushed pineapple (drain juice for glaze)

1 tsp. vanilla

4 tbsp. butter

1 pound powdered sugar

Pineapple juice

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Sift flour, salt, & baking soda together and set aside.  Beat butter and sugar together.  Add eggs and keep beating.  Add pineapple, vanilla, and dry ingredients.  Mix well.

 

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.  Bake 12 minutes.  Spoon on glaze while cookies are still warm.
