Speedy Brownie

2 cups of sugar

1 ¾ cups of flour

½ cup cocoa

1 tsp. Salt

5 eggs

1 cup of vegetable (or canola) oil

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Mix the first seven ingredients

Beat until smooth

Pour into greased 9x13x2 inch pan

Sprinkle with chocolate chips

Bake in 350º oven for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool in plan or on wire rack

Makes 3 dozen.
