Communion Bread - Shortbread

1/2 Pound Butter or 2 sticks

1/2 cup Sugar

2 1/2 cups Flour


Whip Butter until creamy. Add sugar and whip again until creamy. Gradually add flour and continue to whip.  Put in 9x13 Baking Pan. Pat until smooth.  Score with a knife. Mark length of 12 inch ruler, and then mark across every 2 inches, and score with a knife. Prick with a fork between the 2 inches, to use when you break the bread. 


Bake 350 Degrees for 25 minutes. 


Immediately after taking from the oven, take a knife and cut where the markings are placed.
