Creamy Peanut Butter Pie

1¼ cup chocolate graham cracker crumbs

4 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

¼ cup sugar

¼ cup margarine or butter, melted

1 cup creamy peanut butter

9 oz Cool Whip, thawed (extra for topping)

 

Directions:

Combine crumbs, sugar, and butter, and press into a 9’ pie pan. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes, set aside to cool completely. In a bowl blend cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add in peanut butter and blend well, then fold in Cool Whip. Pour mixture into cooled crust and chill until firm. Top with additional Cool Whip, mini chocolate chips, chopped peanuts, or drizzle chocolate sauce on top.
