Zucchini Bread

Make Cream:   

1 cup of oil                  

3 eggs                          

2 cups sugar                

2 teaspoon vanilla


Add to the creamed mixture:

3 cups flour

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt 

                                     

After adding the flour mixture to the creamed mixture add:

1 cup chopped walnuts

2 cups grated zucchini

 

Put batter in 2 loaf pans or put all in one 9 X 13 cake pan.

 

Bake for 1 hour in a 325 degree oven.
