Breakfast Casserole

6 eggs

2 c. milk

½ tsp. salt

6 slices bread

12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

1 lb. sausage or bacon (cooked and drained)

 

Beat together eggs, milk, and salt.  Layer bread in a 9x13 pan.  Put meat on top.  Sprinkle cheese on top of meat.  Pour egg mixture over all.  Refrigerate overnight.  Bake at 350oF for approximately 45 min.
