Strawberry Angel Cake Dessert

6 oz Strawberry Jello

16 oz Frozen Strawberries

9" Angel Food Cake


In large mixing bowl, dissolve jello in 2 cups hot water. Add frozen strawberries, stir until berries are thawed & jello is syrupy. Press cake into jello mixture. Apply seal to bowl, Tip bowl to coat the cake thoroughly. I use a large Tupperware mixing bowl with a seal. You can buy an angel food cake, or make your own from a mix.


Refrigerate 2 hours before serving. Let set at room temperature at least 15 min. then invert on 10” cake taker, frost with cool whip & enjoy.
