Chocolate Éclair Cake

3 layers graham crackers

2 boxes French vanilla pudding

1 carton of cool whip

2 1/2 cup milk

1 can chocolate icing


Mix pudding, milk and cool whip. Layer graham crackers, 1/2 of pudding mixture, layer of graham crackers, rest of pudding mixture and layer of graham crackers. Refrigerate overnight.


Top with frosting before serving.
