Easy Pasta Salad

2-1lb boxes Barilla Spiral pasta

2 each-Green, Red, Yellow, Orange Peppers

12-16oz of 2-3 kinds of cheese --- I like to get an orange (like cheddar) and white (mozzarella) and possibly a mixed. 

1 large bottle of Kraft Zesty Italian Salad dressing (can use any Italian dressing)

1 pkg of pepperoni slices (about 50) or a pepperoni log

 

Make pasta according to package directions.  Immediately cool in ice bath, drain, and put into 1 or 2 large Ziplocs.  Add enough Italian dressing to coat all noodles.  I like to do this the night before and let the noodles set in refrigerator overnight, but it can be done the same day as serving.  Clean and cut peppers into bite size pieces.  Cube the cheese, and either cut pepperoni slices in half or the log into bite size chunks.  If you are having Jerry over or someone who doesn't eat meat put ½ aside without pepperoni.  Gently stir the peppers, cheese, and pepperoni into the pasta, until well mixed.  Add more dressing and set the extra out for those who like to add more.  This serves about 20 people with leftovers so you can cut everything in half for home or small party.
