Focaccia

1 Portion Hope’s Bread Dough

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 tsp basil

½ tsp salt

3 cloves minced garlic (roughly)

1 can natural olives, sliced

1 can stewed tomatoes, drained

 

Roll out dough on sprayed cookie sheet or in a 9x13 (for “deep dish”).  Mix next 4 ingredients and spread across top of dough.  Add next 2 ingredients, spread evenly.  Raise in warm oven (on lowest setting) for about 20 minutes.  Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.  Serve hot or cold.  Yum!
