Mummy's Cinnamon Rolls

***See recipe for Mummy’s Buns

The same recipe can be used as the dough for cinnamon rolls. Take ¼ of the dough after 1st rise and roll out in a 15x12 rectangle. Spread with softened butter. Sprinkle with sugar (brown or white, your preference). Sprinkle with cinnamon (to your taste). Roll rectangle, starting at short side. Slice into 1-inch pieces. Place slices cut side down on greased cookie sheet. Cover and let rise until doubled (about 1 hour). Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Glaze while still hot. Full recipe makes 6 dozen buns or rolls but if you use 1/3 recipe it equals 2 dozen.
