Chocolate Crazy Cake

1½ cups flour

3 Tbsp cocoa

1 cup sugar

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

1 tsp white vinegar

1 tsp vanilla

5 Tbsp vegetable oil

1 cup water

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.  Mix first 5 dry ingredients in a greased 8 in square baking pan.  Make three depressions in dry ingredients, two smaller and one larger.  Pour vinegar in one depression, vanilla in another, and vegetable oil in the third largest depression.  Pour water over oil.  Mix well until smooth.  Bake for 35 minutes, check with a toothpick.  Top with favorite frosting.
