Pat's Pasta Salad

1 pound box sea shell macaroni

½ pound hard salami, diced

¼ pound pepperoni, diced

¼ pound provolone cheese, diced

2 stalks of celery, diced

2-3 green peppers, diced

3 tomatoes, cut up

1 onion, chopped

2 ounce can sliced mushrooms (drained)

½ cup green olives, sliced

½ cup black olives, sliced

1 teaspoon oregano

½ teaspoon pepper

½ teaspoon salt

2/3 cup oil

½ cup wine vinegar

 

Cook macaroni according to package’s directions. Rinse in cold water and drain well. Add salami, pepperoni, cheese, celery, peppers, tomatoes, onion, mushrooms, and olives.  Sprinkle with oregano, pepper, & salt.  Mix oil and wine vinegar together and pour over salad and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
