Banana Bread
3 ripe bananas, mashed up
2 eggs
1 box yellow cake mix
Nuts are optional
Add eggs to mashed bananas. Add nuts at this time if you chose. Mix in cake mix. Bake in two small loaf pans for about 40 minutes at 350.
