Carab Peanut Butter Bars

1½ cup oats

2 tsp oil

¼ cup honey

¼ cup peanut butter

¼ tsp salt

½ tsp vanilla

3 Tbsp carob chips

 

Directions:

Toast oats in 8x8 pan while mixing rest of ingredients.


Add cooked oats – press firmly into pan.


Cut into bars – smooth edges.


Cool in freezer for 20 minutes.
