Overnight Rolls

5:30 PM: 

Mix together and let stand 10 minutes

1/2 cup water

2 pkg. dry yeast

2 teaspoon sugar

 

6 PM:  In a large bowl mix: 

4 cups warm water

1 cup oil

1 1/2 cups sugar

3 teaspoons salt

14 cups flour


Add yeast mixture

Knead dough and work in flour.

 

Place in a large covered bowl and lightly cover with lid.


8 PM: Punch down


10 PM: Pan buns


Let stand overnight


Bake 400 degrees 12-15 minutes

 

For Cinnamon Rolls--divide dough into several large portions


Roll into a rectangle, spread with butter, and sprinkle with brown sugar, and cinnamon.  Roll starting with the long edge jellyroll style.  Cut into 1 inch slices, place cut side down in a pan prepared with melted butter, brown sugar, & cinnamon.

 

Let stand over night and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
