Noodles, Eggs, and Kielbasa

1 bag wide noodles

1 pkg. kielbasa

6-12 eggs

3 Tbsp butter

Salt and pepper

 

Directions:

Cook noodles according to pkg. directions. Drain noodles, return to pan, and stir in butter. Cover to keep warm. While noodles are boiling, scramble eggs (use as many as you like, or leave out the eggs if you have a picky eater) and cut kielbasa into bite sized pieces. Fry the kielbasa and drain off the grease. Stir the eggs and kielbasa into noodles. Salt and pepper to taste.
