Pumpkin Pie Crunch

1 box Moist Deluxe Yellow Cake Mix

1 (16oz) can pumpkin

1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk

3 eggs

1¼ cup sugar

4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

½ tsp salt

1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

1 cup butter or margarine, melted

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.  Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, pie spice and salt into large bowl.  Pour into pan and sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over pumpkin mixture.  Top with nuts.  Drizzle with melted butter.  Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until golden brown.  Let cool.  Can be served with whipped topping.
