Scalloped Pineapple

4 cups bread cubes slightly packed

2 16 oz cans unsweetened crushed pineapple undrained

½ cup butter

1 ½ cup sugar

3 eggs slightly beaten

½ cup milk

 

Topping:

Brown sugar

Cinnamon

Nutmeg

 

Cream sugar and butter together.  Add eggs, milk, and other ingredients.  Pour into large flat baking dish.  Sprinkle with brown sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon to taste.  Bake at 350 degree for 1 hour uncovered.
