Peaches N Cream

¾ cup flour                  

3 Tablespoons margarine

½ teaspoon salt           

1 egg

1 teaspoon baking powder    

½ cup milk

1 - 3 oz package (not instant) vanilla pudding

 

Beat ingredients for 2 minutes at medium speed.

Pour into greased 10” pie plate

 

1 can sliced peaches (15-20 oz) drained (Reserve juice)

8 ounce package of cream cheese

½ cup sugar

 

Arrange peaches over batter in pie plate.  Beat cream cheese and sugar for 2 minutes.  Add 3 tablespoons of peach juice and beat until blended with cheese and sugar.

Spoon over batter but leave on inch around edge of plate.

 

Combine 1 tablespoon of sugar and ½ teaspoon cinnamon.  Sprinkle over top and bake 30 – 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
