Frozen Pudding Sandwiches

1 pkg. (4 serving size) jello, vanilla or chocolate, instant pudding pie filling

1½ cups cold milk

1½ cups peanut butter

1 box of graham crackers

 

Directions:

Mix milk and peanut butter in mixing bowl, slowly.  Add pudding and beat slowly for 1-2 minutes.  Let stand for 3-5 minutes.  Break graham crackers in half and spread pudding mixture on a sandwich, about a ½ inch thick.  Freeze.

 

***I usually double this recipe to make about 40 sandwiches.
