Taco Dip

2- 8 ounce packages of cream cheese (softened)

8 ounces of sour cream

Dry Taco seasoning (to suit taste)

 

Jar of salsa (I used mild)

Shredded cheese, (can be cheddar or a taco blend)

 

Mix sour cream, cream cheese and seasoning using mixer.  Spread on a plate.  Spoon salsa over the top of that, then sprinkle shredded cheese over the salsa.  I don’t use a certain amount of salsa or shredded cheese; just judge what you need to cover the mixture.

 

You can also chop lettuce and tomato and use in place of the salsa.
