Peanut Butter Icing

for 9x13 cake

1 stick of butter

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup peanut butter

1 small container of Cool Whip

Directions:

Melt butter on low heat.  Add brown sugar.  Stir well.  Remove from heat.  Add peanut butter and stir.  Cool completely.  Add Cool Whip, stir until thoroughly mixed.
