Ham and Cheese Sliders

¾ cup melted butter

1 ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 ½ tablespoons poppy seeds

1 tablespoon dried minced onion

24 (mini) Hawaiian rolls

1 pound thinly sliced cooked deli ham (or other lunch meat)

1 pound thinly sliced Mozzarella cheese (or other cheese)

Heat oven to 350.  Grease a 9x13 baking dish.

Mix butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and minced onions in a small bowl.  Cut rolls in half (sometimes you can cut the whole package of Hawaiian rolls with a bread knife).

Place bottoms of rolls in pan.  Layer bottom of roll with half of ham, cheese, rest of ham, and top with tops of rolls.  Pour mustard mixture over rolls.

Bake until rolls are slightly brown, about 20 minutes.
